CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM · SKILL MARKET

Build cassettes.
Get paid.

If a skill cassette you built for your own business works well and looks like it could help other people too, it's already a product. List it on the BALIA Skill Market and earn revenue and points.

Registering as a contributor alone doesn't grant points. Points are granted after you build a cassette, it passes review, and adoption is confirmed.

Revenue 1 — Sale Revenue Share

SplitShare
Cassette author (you)80%
BALIA OS (review, distribution, payment operations)20%

This applies every time your cassette is installed. It's not a one-and-done payment — as long as it keeps selling, the revenue share keeps coming.

Revenue 2 — Contributor Points

BALIA OS has a contributor points system that allocates a share of $BALIA tokens based on your contribution. Building a cassette is the highest-scoring contribution in this system.

ContributionPointsWhen granted
Skill cassette built and adopted20,000ptAfter adoption is confirmed
Improvement suggestion, adopted3,000ptAfter adoption is confirmed
Bug report, adopted2,000ptAfter adoption is confirmed

What 20,000pt actually amounts to

Contributor points convert to $BALIA at a fixed rate of 1pt = 0.75 tokens.

20,000pt × 0.75 tokens = 15,000 tokens (approximately $15 at TGE-equivalent pricing)

Unlike campaign points (e.g. from following on social media), whose per-point value shifts with the number of participants, the contributor point rate is fixed. It doesn't get diluted as more people join.

How Submission Works

1

Build the cassette

A cassette you submit must let a buyer start using it right away under their own agent's name. For the technical build process — file structure and templates — see the "Skill Cassette Authoring Guide" in the BALIA OS Guide.

2

Contributor registration and KYC

Submitting requires identity verification (KYC), since it involves revenue payments. Registration alone doesn't grant points (adoption confirmation is the condition).

3

Request a review

Submit through the review request page on the BALIA OS site. Paste the contents of every file in your cassette — SPEC.md, soul.md, code (.py, etc.) — one at a time, as plain text, then click "Request Review."

ZIP uploads are not accepted.

A compressed file (ZIP) can't be safely inspected or scanned — visually or automatically — before submission, and could be used to hide malicious code. Always paste each file's contents as text.

4

Review

We run a security review and functional check. Main things we verify:

  • No API keys, Webhook URLs, or personal information hardcoded in directly (must always be read from .env)
  • No absolute paths specific to the author's own environment left in
  • Setup completes from the interview questions alone (works without needing to ask the author anything)
  • No malicious code or unintended external transmissions
5

Adoption and distribution begins

Once adoption is confirmed, 20,000pt is granted and it's listed on the market. BALIA OS handles distribution, and the author cannot modify the cassette after adoption. To update its contents, submit it again.

Launch Timing

The BALIA Skill Market is planned to open in Q4 2026.

Detailed specifications are still being worked out.

The submission flow, review criteria, KYC procedure, revenue-share payment method, and other detailed specifications are still being finalized. The conditions and figures on this page may change once the specification is finalized.

Also, the points and revenue share described here are not a guarantee of income or of $BALIA's value. Your actual payout will vary based on market sales performance, the token's market price, and distribution conditions.

Finalized details will be announced via @BALIA_OS (X).
